Be sure to complete our boarding check-in form before you arrive. You can bring your completed form with you when you drop of your pet or you can email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you arrive.
Pets are like our children – we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Riverside Drive Animal Care Center’s highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can’t be there. We offer a top-of-the-line boarding facility for cats and dogs, and are able to care for special boarding needs such as diabetics, geriatrics, and pets on special medications

Sat: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Canine Boarding in Suites – $45 per night
- Canine Boarding in Runs – $36 per night
- Feline Boarding in Cat Condo – $19 per night
- Other pet boarding (Avian, Pocket Pets)- $13
Check-In Time: Any time AFTER 1:00 pm
Check-Out Time: Any time BEFORE 1:00 pm
Saturday Only: Pick up and drop off between 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Presently, our facility consists of 42 runs, 8 canine suites and 12 cat condos.
- If 2 pets board together in the same run, you will receive a 20% discount off the 2nd pet’s boarding
- If 3 pets are boarded together in the same run, 2 pets are regular charge, the 3rd pet is free.
- If pets stay for 5 nights or more they will receive a complimentary bath on their go home day
- (Cats excluded); if boarding less than 5 days, you may request a bath at a cost of $22.00.
We supply Royal Canin Low Fat diet at no charge or you may bring your own food. We also supply bedding and bowls as well. If you choose to bring personal items, we ask that you write your pet’s first and last name on items in permanent marker. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. We will not replace or reimburse for any lost or damaged articles.
During drop off we will ask for an emergency number and any special instructions.
Vaccinations must be current (Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella & Influenza for Dogs- Rabies & Distemper for Cats). If your pet’s vaccinations are not current, we can update them at our facility on the day they arrive. **Pets will NOT be accepted if they are not current or brought up to date during their stay.** If your pet is a new patient to us, an appointment with one of our doctors can be set up with one of our client service representatives.
There is an exam fee for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo & Heartworm tests. The Bordetella vaccine is intra-nasal and is a straight charge at our current Bordetella vaccine price.
We do highly recommend a Bordetella vaccination to be administered three days prior to boarding if your pet has never been vaccinated for Bordetella.
If you check in BEFORE 1 pm you will be billed for an extra half night per run.
If you check out AFTER 1 pm you will be billed for an extra half night per run.
To guarantee a reservation: We will need a credit card number to reserve your spot. You will be given a confirmation number for your reserved spot. If you do not want to use a credit card, you may secure a reservation with a check in the amount of 1 days boarding.
To Cancel a reservation, You must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the reservation; you will be given a cancellation number and there will be no charge if we are notified within 48 hours prior to the reservation.
Failure to show: If you fail to show up for your reservation without a notice of cancellation 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a 1 day boarding fee.
****PLEASE NOTE**** Since we are an AAHA Hospital, all medications NEED to be in their original bottles, labeled with dosages and dosing instructions.
